Physical Education
Sacred Heart students have physical education on a weekly basis.
Lower Elementary Students (1st and 2nd) Students are working on the throwing unit. They learn the underhand roll, the underhand toss and then the overhand throw.
Middle and Upper Elementary Students (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th) Students are learning the fundamentals of football.
Upcoming units of study include basketball and floor hockey.
